I did not know that "The Kingdom" actually referred to "The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia". The start of this movie gives a brief history lesson on our connection with the Saudi people. Very interesting if you are not 100% up to date on your politics.
Very good storyline (INTENSE!), but a little on the graphic side. You are glued to your seat during the last 20 minutes. If you don't like blood - don't watch! I covered my eyes quite a bit. Watching this movie makes you think about all the crazy people in the world. I understand people have different life styles/choices, but you can't hurt others because they don't think like you. The actor that portrayed the police colonel did a great job - he showed family life and how much love there is for families there as well as here. We are all people and we all deserve the chance to LIVE!

I also thought the first 5 mins info was interesting. And after that was intense already! Although yes the ending was both intense and bloody! I also like the story and how the agents of the 2 sides grew to respect one another. Like I said, not bad at all for a $3 movie!
